Keynote
From $3,000 CAD
A full-stage talk built for your audience. Vulnerability, men's health, fitness after 40, and what 30 years of coaching actually teaches. TEDxBearCreekPark speaker, competition-winning Toastmaster, 300+ media appearances.
Guided workshop
Half-day from $4,000 CAD
Half-day or full-day, hands-on. Your people leave with a plan they started building in the room, not a worksheet they never open. Built around your theme and your group's real constraints.
Lunch and learn
$500 CAD + $50 per attendee
A tight 90-minute workshop over the lunch hour. One topic, one plan, zero fluff, built for teams who want the takeaway without losing the day.
Emcee and host
Half-day from $2,500 CAD
Panels, summits, fundraisers and community events. I keep the room warm, the schedule honest and the transitions invisible, so your speakers and your cause stay centre stage.
Rates above are starting points for one-off engagements, plus GST. Per diem for multi-day events, travel and lodging are negotiated in addition to the speaker's fee. Before you book: the common questions
What's included in the fee?
A prep call before the event so the talk fits your theme and your room, the keynote, workshop or emcee time itself, and the slides where slides are used. For workshops, your people leave with the plan they built in the room, not just notes.
How does travel work?
I'm based in Vancouver. Events in the Lower Mainland carry no travel cost. Outside that, per diem for multi-day events, travel and lodging are negotiated in addition to the speaker's fee, and shown plainly in your quote before you commit to anything.
What do you need on site?
A wireless lapel or handheld mic for rooms over about 40 people, a screen or projector if we're using slides, and roughly 30 minutes before doors to test sound and sightlines. I arrive early regardless, so your AV team isn't scrambling.
Do you speak at virtual events?
Yes. Keynotes and workshops both work over Zoom or your platform of choice, and the lunch and learn format translates well for distributed teams. Mention it in the form and the quote will reflect it.
How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better. Popular months fill up, and a prep call plus a customized talk takes lead time to do properly. That said, ask even if your date is close; if I can make it work, I will.
