The terms

Sixty days with twelve men. One group call every week with me. One one-to-one session with me during the sixty days. A baseline at the start and a retest at the end, both measured and written down.

Entry is by application. Applying does not hold a place. A place is held only when the deposit is paid and I confirm it to you.

DadBody is the coaching brand. The agreement is with MERGE Fitness Inc, a company registered in British Columbia, Canada, trading as DadBody by Dai Manuel. Payments, refunds and invoices come from MERGE Fitness Inc.

$999 CAD for this cohort, or two payments of $525. The price goes to $1,999 in 2027.

A $250 deposit confirms your place and comes off the total. The balance is due before day one. If the balance is not paid by day one, the place goes to the next man on the waitlist and the deposit is not returned.

The deposit is refundable in full up to seven days before kickoff. For this cohort that means any request received on or before Monday 12 October 2026 gets the full $250 back.

Inside those final seven days the deposit is not refundable. At that point I have turned people away to keep your seat.

Once the cohort starts, there are no refunds. From day one the full $999 is final, whether you attend everything or nothing.

This is deliberate. Sixty days only works if walking away costs something. Decide before day one, not on day nine.

There is one group call a week, eight in total. Miss three and your seat is forfeited: you leave the group, and there is no refund and no transfer.

Tell me in advance when you cannot make one and I will always try to work with you. Silence is what ends seats, not scheduling.

A confirmed place is yours and cannot be given, sold or transferred to another person, or moved to a later cohort once the cohort has started. If something serious happens before day one, talk to me directly.

You keep your results pack: your baseline, your retest and the written comparison between the two. It is yours to keep and to use with anyone.

Nothing continues automatically. The group calls end at day sixty. If you want to keep working with me after that, we talk about it and it is charged separately. There is no auto-renewal and no card kept on file.

I am a coach, not a doctor. Nothing in MERGE60 is medical advice or treatment. If you have a condition, an injury or you are on medication, clear it with your doctor before you start and tell me what I need to know.

You train at your own risk and you are responsible for your own choices. What is said in the group stays in the group, from me and from everyone else in it.

If I cancel the cohort before it starts, you get every dollar back, deposit included. If I cannot run part of it once we are underway, I reschedule those calls rather than drop them.
