01
The reset
Small enough to start. Long enough to matter.
Twenty-eight days is not a reinvention. It is enough time to stop negotiating with the basics and begin keeping your word to yourself again.
This is for the man who knows what to do, but has lost the rhythm of doing it. The work is deliberately simple: train, walk, eat enough protein, and protect your sleep.
02
The work
What the twenty-eight days include
- A clear starting point and a practical plan built around your current capacity.
- Daily direction across training, movement, protein, and sleep.
- A weekly group conversation with Dai to review what is working and what is getting in the way.
- A private cohort of men doing the same honest work at the same time.

03
The fit
Who this is for
Men who are ready to act now, but do not need the depth, diagnostics, or sixty-day commitment of MERGE60.
If you need a clean first step, this is it. If you want deeper one-to-one coaching and full baseline-to-retest measurement, apply for MERGE60 instead.

Questions
What men ask before they start
- What is DadBody 28?
- A focused twenty-eight day reset for men, run by Dai Manuel out of Vancouver. Four daily habits, a training plan, and weekly coaching, with thirty places in the cohort.
- How is it different from MERGE60?
- DadBody 28 is the clean first step. MERGE60 is sixty days, twelve men, deeper one-to-one coaching and full baseline-to-retest measurement. If you are ready to act now but do not want the longer commitment, start here.
- What does DadBody 28 cost?
- $99 as one payment for the full twenty-eight days. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
- How much time does it take each day?
- Around thirty minutes. Four habits, done daily, plus your training sessions. It is deliberately small enough to survive a bad week.
- Do I have to be fit already to apply?
- No. Applications keep the room focused, they are not a test of how fit you already are. Tell me honestly where you are starting from.
- Can I do DadBody 28 from outside Vancouver?
- Yes. It runs online, with coaching scheduled Vancouver time.
