Every program sold by MERGE Fitness Inc., through its DadBody brand, comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.

You don't need a reason, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. Tell me and it's done.
How to ask
There's no fee and no partial refund inside the window: you get the full amount.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of my reply. To ask, email dai@dadbody.com with your name and the email you bought with.
If I cancel
If a cohort is cancelled before it starts, everyone gets every dollar back, deposit included, whether or not the 30 days have passed.
If I move a start date by more than seven days and the new date doesn't work for you, the same applies.
After the 30 days
If something serious has happened, illness, injury, a family emergency, ask me and I'll look at it properly. In most of those cases I'd rather move you to the next cohort than keep your money for a program you couldn't do.

What this does not cover
Chargebacks filed without emailing me first. If you dispute a charge with your card company instead of asking, Stripe freezes the amount and the process takes weeks for both of us. Email first. It's faster and you get the same result.
