Questions
The things men ask before they apply
If your question is not here, message me and ask it. I would rather answer it now than have you guess.
- 01
What is MERGE60?
A sixty-day small-group coaching programme for twelve men, run out of Vancouver. You get a training plan, a weekly call, daily logging, and measurements taken at the start and again at the end.
- 02
Why is it application only?
Because twelve places go fast and the wrong twelve men make it worse for everyone. The application takes a few minutes and tells me whether the timing is right for you. If it is not, I will say so.
- 03
Do I need a gym?
Access to weights makes it easier, but the plan is built around what you actually have. Tell me your setup on the application and I will build to it.
- 04
How much time does it take each week?
Three to four training sessions, a weekly group call, and a couple of minutes a day to log. If your week falls apart, the plan has a minimum version so you keep the streak instead of quitting.
- 05
I am not in Vancouver. Can I still join?
Yes. The programme runs online. The calls are scheduled Vancouver time, so check that works for you before you apply.
- 06
What happens after the sixty days?
You get a written results pack, your baseline against your retest, and access to the alumni channel. Ongoing coaching is optional and nothing renews automatically.
- 07
What if the twelve places are gone?
Join the waitlist. You get first notice of the next cohort dates, and if a place opens before kickoff you hear about it first. DadBody 28 is the shorter option if you do not want to wait.
- 08
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
A deposit holds your place and the balance is due before kickoff. The deposit is refundable up to seven days before the start date. After kickoff there are no refunds. The full rules are on the terms page.
- 09
What is DadBody 28?
A shorter twenty-eight day programme for men who want to start moving before the next MERGE60 group opens. Same coaching, smaller commitment.
- 10
Can I ask you something first?
Yes. Message me on WhatsApp and you get me, not an assistant.

Still deciding
Read the terms, or send the application and I will tell you honestly whether the timing is right.
