What is worth considering?
Two things: creatine monohydrate, one of the most studied supplements out there, cheap and well-evidenced for strength and muscle. And vitamin D, since deficiency is common and worth testing for before you supplement blind. A third worth a mention is omega-3. I go deeper on that with Corinna Bellizzi in an upcoming episode, so I'll keep this short for now.
What should I skip?
Anything that promises fast fat loss or hormone changes, blends that hide doses behind a proprietary label, and megadoses of anything.
How do I choose?
Pick products with the dose printed on the label and a third-party testing seal. Change one thing at a time, so you know what did what.
