Health notice

The short version: I'm a coach, not a doctor. Read this before you train.

I'm a coach, not a doctor. Nothing on this page or in any DadBody program is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, are on medication, or have not trained in a while. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. You train at your own risk, and your choices are your own.

Results

Results vary. These are real men and real numbers, but no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Yours depends on where you start, how consistently you show up, your health and your effort.

Before you start

  • Talk to your doctor if any of the listed conditions apply.
  • Scale every session.
  • Stop if you feel unwell.

Food and protein

The protein and food guidance here is general coaching for healthy adult men. It is not a prescribed diet. If you have kidney disease, diabetes, a history of disordered eating, or you are under medical care for your weight, get sign-off from your doctor or a registered dietitian before you change how you eat.
