Before you apply

Is this
you?

Most men who land on the MERGE60 page read it, nod, and leave. I do not think that is a failure of the page. I think it is a man deciding he is not ready to be asked questions by a stranger, which is fair.

So this page asks nothing. It tells you what the thing actually is, who it suits, who it does not, and where to start if the answer is not yet.

What it actually is

Twelve men. Sixty days. A training plan in an app, a group call once a week with me, and your numbers taken on day one and again on day sixty so you know what actually changed instead of guessing.

It is not a bootcamp, it is not a challenge, and there is no leaderboard. It is the same four or five sessions a week you already know you should be doing, except somebody is watching whether you do them.

It costs $999 for the cohort, and you apply because I only take twelve and I would rather turn a man away than put him in the wrong room.

This is for you if

  • You are somewhere between forty and sixty, and the body you are walking around in is not the one you think of as yours.
  • You know roughly what to do. You have known for years. Doing it on your own is the part that keeps failing.
  • You have an hour, most days, if somebody tells you what to do with it.
  • You would rather be measured honestly than flattered.

This is not for you if

  • You want a plan emailed to you and nobody checking in. That is the Power 30, and it is free, further down this page.
  • You are training for a podium. I am not your coach for that.
  • You want to lose thirty pounds in six weeks. Sixty days will not do that, and anyone selling it to you is lying.
  • You cannot commit to one call a week. The group is the thing that works. Without it this is just a training plan.

What men say afterwards

Anonymous, taken from their own check-ins, shortened only for length.

I have noticed that I am sleeping a LOT better at night. I have struggled a lot with sleep in the past year and I have noticed a marked improvement. I am also noticing a start to a craving of movement, as well as a sense of accomplishment driving a more positive outlook.

Change of attitude. Seriously, I did not fly off the handle once with my kids. Total win.
Whole Life Fitness coaching
It has been easier and easier to stop my cravings for fast food and candy. I can say no without really having to fight myself. My posture has been improving. Clothes are fitting better. Generally been in a pretty good mood and my patience has been improving.

If the answer is not yet

Start with the Power 30. Thirty minutes a day for twenty-eight days, free, no form, no card. It is the same habits MERGE60 is built on, without me watching.

Do that first. If you get to the end of it and want somebody in the room with you, the door is still here.

If the answer is yes

The application takes about five minutes and it is mostly about your life, not your training. I read every one myself and you get an answer either way.
