Back to MERGE60

After day 60

MERGE60 is not a membership trap. It is a sixty-day reset. Here is what stays with you, what you can opt into, and how you come back for the next round.

The Manuel family together at the lake
FIG. 01Day sixty-one is the point of the whole thing.

01

Your results pack

On day sixty you get a written results pack: your baseline measurements, your retest, and the difference between the two. Numbers, notes and the story they tell.

It is yours to keep. Show it to your partner, your doctor, your next coach, or just keep it in a drawer as proof that the sixty days happened. I do not hold it hostage behind a subscription.

02

Alumni access

Graduates stay in the alumni channel. It is quiet by design: a place to check in, share a win, ask a quick question, and hear when the next cohort opens.

You do not pay for this. It is not another group call or another program. It is simply a door that stays open so the men from your cohort, and the men from past cohorts, can stay connected.

  • First notice of new cohort dates before they are public.
  • Priority if a spot opens in an upcoming cohort.
  • A place to ask me a quick question without reapplying.

03

Ongoing one-to-one coaching

The group calls end at day sixty, but the work does not have to. If you want to keep going with me one-to-one, we talk about it in the final week and set up a plan that fits what comes next.

This is charged separately. There is no auto-renewal, no saved card, and no pre-selected package pushed on you. You choose the cadence, I quote it, and you pay before we start.

Most alumni pick one of two paths:

  • Monthly one-to-one calls with weekly check-ins over text for accountability and course correction.
  • Quarterly tune-ups to reset goals, retest measurements and make sure the habits stick.

04

Joining the next cohort

MERGE60 runs twice a year. If you want to go through again, or if you miss a cohort and want back in, you apply through the same process as everyone else.

The difference for alumni is timing. You get the dates first, and if you are a fit, your seat is held before the public page goes live. The price in effect at that time applies to everyone, including returning men.

Going through MERGE60 a second time is not failure. Some of the best results come from men who use the first round to build the baseline, then run it again with more clarity and better habits.

Sixty days is the start.

If you want to keep going, the door is open. If you want to walk away with your results pack, that is fine too. Nothing auto-renews. Nothing is held over you.
